Before beginning his real estate career, Wayne served eight years in the Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer. He deployed to Iraq in 2005 during Operation Iraqi Freedom III and completed his service as a Staff Sergeant. The discipline, leadership, and calm under pressure he developed in the military continue to shape how he advises and advocates for his clients.
 
Wayne’s connection to 30A is deeply personal. In 2006, he and his wife were married on the beach in Seaside, beginning a lifelong relationship with the community. Today, they are raising their three children along the Emerald Coast, enjoying the same coastal lifestyle that draws families and second-home owners from across the country.
 
Before his military service, Wayne played college baseball at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he developed the competitive drive and teamwork that still influence his professional approach today.
